Medinform Healthcare Communications (MedInform) is the agency of pharma promotion services which specializes on creation and support of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical brands. MedInform is a member of TWIGA Communication Group.

On 12 March 1997 in line with general strategy of TWIGA (foundation of Agencies-specialists in different areas of communication business on base of most dynamically developed divisions) MedInfrom appeared as a “pioneer” in healthcare communications area.

PhD, professor Eleonora G. Abramyan became a head of Agency.

In 2005 internal structural differentiation of Agency occurred. Along with successfully functioning Communications direction, Selling Solutions direction as independent structure and unique is actively developed.

Within historically first direction - Communications, MedInfrom provides clients with services in strategic planning, development of creative decisions, integrated communications, corporate identity, public relations, and all types of media planning or media buying.

Selling Solutions division is specialized in outsourcing of medical representatives, offering Clients all types of activities in pharmacies, all kinds of BTL-activities, as well as monitoring and auditing job of Client’s employees.

In 2006 within this division MedRep Academy direction was formed, purpose of which is to transform preparation of medical representatives in independent and educational project.
