Olga Startseva was assigned as a chief of Applied Marketing Decision group “POLE”. This group incorporates Agency POLE Trade Marketing, OGGI and PrintAllOGGI agencies. Olga’s key tasks are development and realization of marketing solutions, which stimulate the buying activity of the product on different stages of its movement from the owner of the brand to the consumer, especially concentrating on the point of sale.

 

For the past 15 years Olga Startseva worked for the leading international companies. In 1995 she has started to work for WELLA and after 2 years has reached the position of Chief of sales marketing department. Following the purchase of WELLA by Procter&Gamble, Olga received an offer to continue her work as market-manager in P&G, and she worked in this position until august 2010.

 

As a Chief of Applied Marketing Decision group "POLE" Olga is expected to enter the new level in the marketing expertise of TWIGA communication group.
